01 Introduction & Consent

Jjok.fun (hereinafter referred to as "jjok", "we", or "the platform") is an online gaming platform designed for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between jjok and its users.

02 Account Registration & Management

To open a valid account on jjok, the following conditions must be met. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. Registering with false or misleading information will result in account termination and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register — this is a non-negotiable condition under jjok's terms and conditions.
• Each individual may only open one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or on behalf of the same household is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact jjok support immediately.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested as part of the account verification (KYC) process.

Jjok reserves the right to review, suspend, or close any account at any time without providing a reason. However, accounts are generally not interfered with unless a policy violation has occurred.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Under jjok's Terms and Conditions, all financial transactions are secure and transparent. Deposits can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. There are no additional charges for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours. In cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• If you have an active bonus, its wagering requirements must be met before you can make a withdrawal.

Jjok does not support direct bank account transfers. All transactions are processed through mobile financial services. If you experience any issue with a transaction, please contact support within 24 hours.

04 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Jjok offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming. Using bonuses in violation of jjok's Terms and Conditions will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings earned from it.

• Welcome Bonus: Bonuses received on the first deposit are generally subject to a 30x wagering requirement.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly reload bonuses may be offered to regular players.
• Cashback: Cashback offers may be available based on losses in certain games.
• Free Spins: Winnings from free spin bonuses in slots games are subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period — they will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise specified.

05 Gaming Rules

All games on jjok are operated in partnership with internationally certified gaming providers. It is the player's responsibility to read the rules of each game before placing a bet. jjok's Terms and Conditions apply equally to all games.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is fixed and cannot be changed.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical issue, that round will be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Disputes regarding the outcome of a completed game round will not be accepted.
• The dealer's decision in Live Casino games is final.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Accessing the same account from multiple devices simultaneously is discouraged.

All game outcomes on jjok are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. If you notice any unusual result in a game, please contact support.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjok platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing on behalf of someone else or using another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's personal information.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Deliberately structuring gameplay to exploit bonus conditions (Bonus Abuse).

07 Security & Identity Verification (KYC)

Jjok places the highest priority on user security. Under our Terms and Conditions, identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) may be mandatory for all accounts — particularly for large withdrawal amounts.

• For KYC verification, you may be required to submit a clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• A mobile banking statement may be requested to verify ownership of the payment method.
• Without completing KYC, your withdrawal access may be restricted or disabled.
• All submitted documents are strictly confidential and will be used solely for verification purposes.
• All data is transmitted using SSL encryption technology.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, all active bonuses will be forfeited and any withdrawable balance will be returned — however, bonus balances are non-refundable.

• Jjok reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice in the event of a policy violation.
• In cases of extended inactivity (over 12 months), a monthly maintenance fee may apply to the account.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reactivated before the designated period has ended.

10 Limitation of Liability

Jjok strives to provide the highest quality service; however, certain situations may arise that are beyond our control. Under jjok's Terms and Conditions, jjok will not be held liable in the following cases:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider issue.
• If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• If services must be suspended due to government restrictions or legal requirements.

Under any circumstances, jjok's maximum liability is limited to the amount of your actual deposits in your account, excluding any bonuses.
